Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Automate Channels is operated by Automation Holdings LLC, doing business as Automate Channels, founded by Caleb Boxx ("Automate Channels", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to automatechannels.com and every page, checkout, member area, community, chat, live call, course, AI tool and service we offer (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, registering for an event or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy from us.
• When you buy, we create a member account with the email you give us. You log in with a one-click email link or a password.
• Keep your login links and password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing your login, reselling access or redistributing content is not allowed and can lead to your account being closed without a refund.

3. The 5-Day Live Challenge

The 5-Day Live Challenge is a live virtual event. A General Admission (GA) ticket is $50 and includes the live challenge sessions, the challenge materials and access to the event's General Admission community group.

• VIP upgrade: an optional add-on at the price shown at checkout. VIP includes the nightly VIP Q&A Zoom calls with Caleb Boxx (8 PM ET on event days), early access to the challenge video lessons, VIP-only resources and community, and lifetime replays of the VIP calls.
• Order bumps and one-click offers: optional extras offered at checkout or right after it (for example, our viral titles template and live event workbook, or done-for-you videos). Each is described, with its price, where it is offered.
• Dates and times are shown in Eastern Time and may change. If we reschedule a live event, you get access to the rescheduled event or its replays.
• The General Admission group closes after the event. The event's GA community group is only open for the event period. Anything else you bought (such as VIP replays or digital products) stays available as described for that product.
• Cash prizes and giveaways follow the official rules announced during the event, require completing the stated requirements, and are void where prohibited.

"Lifetime" access means for as long as we operate the program and the platform it is delivered on.

4. Caleb AI subscription

Caleb AI gives you Caleb's trainings and tools inside your own ChatGPT or Claude account. It is a subscription: $99 per month or $799 per year (or the price shown at checkout).

• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and we charge the card on file, until you cancel.
• Reminder before each renewal. About 7 days before each renewal we email you the date, the amount and the card we will charge, with a one-tap cancel link.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel in Settings → Subscriptions (or with the link in the reminder email). You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments already made are not refundable.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your access is paused right away. We retry the card (currently 1, 3 and 7 days later) and let you know by email and text. Access comes back as soon as a payment succeeds or you update your card. If every retry fails, the subscription is canceled.
• Yearly plan fallback. If you choose the yearly plan and your card can't cover the yearly charge, we may start you on the monthly plan instead and tell you so on screen. You can switch to yearly anytime in Settings.
• Switching plans. A switch from monthly to yearly takes effect at your next renewal, at the new plan's price.
• Your ChatGPT or Claude plan is separate and billed by that provider. Caleb AI never charges you for AI usage.

5. Partner Program and coaching

Our Partner Program and other high-ticket coaching or mentorship programs are sold with their own written client agreement, which you sign before your program starts. That signed agreement governs the program, including its price, payment plan, deliverables, guarantees, and refund and cancellation terms. These Terms apply to everything the agreement doesn't cover. If the two conflict, the signed client agreement wins.

6. Digital products

Templates, workbooks, guides, niche lists, recordings and similar downloads are delivered digitally, usually right after purchase in your member area or by email. If you don't receive something you bought, email contact@automatechannels.com with your purchase details and we will get it to you.

7. Payments, payment plans and one-click offers

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor, NMI, and its banking partners. We never store your full card number; we keep a secure token, the card brand and last four digits so we can process the purchases, installments and renewals you authorize.

• By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown.
• Payment plans: you authorize us to charge the same payment method for each remaining installment on the schedule shown at checkout until the plan is paid in full. Failed installments may be retried, and access may be paused until the balance is current.
• One-click offers: on upsell pages, clicking a "one-click" purchase button authorizes an additional charge, for the price displayed, to the card you just used.

8. Refunds and guarantees

• 5-Day Challenge purchases are refundable. This covers the General Admission ticket, the VIP upgrade and the 100+ Viral Titles Template & Live Event Workbook. They are covered by the 365-day money-back guarantee shown at checkout: if you are not satisfied, email us within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of that purchase.
• Caleb AI is not refundable. Subscription payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable, including partial periods. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• High-ticket programs and services are not refundable. This includes the Cashflow Channels Partner Program and any other coaching, 1-on-1 calls, additional calls and done-for-you services. Any performance guarantee (for example, continuing to work with you at no extra cost until a stated milestone) is a service commitment, not a refund or a promise of income, and requires that you complete the program requirements in your client agreement.

Refunds end your access to the refunded product. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 3–5 business days to appear. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

9. Live calls, recordings and replays

• Live calls (challenge sessions, VIP Q&A calls and coaching calls) run on Zoom and may be joined from our site.
• Calls are recorded. Recordings, including what you say, your name and your video if your camera is on, may be shared as replays with other members who have access to that call, and used to improve our trainings (including Caleb AI). If you don't want to appear, keep your camera off and use the chat or Q&A instead.
• Replays are available for the period your product includes.
• You may not record, download or redistribute calls or replays yourself.

10. Member area and community rules

Our community, chat and comment areas only work if everyone is respectful. When you post, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten or insult anyone, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
• spam, self-promote, pitch services, or send unsolicited messages to members;
• share other people's personal information or private messages;
• share content from paid areas outside the community, or impersonate anyone.

We may remove content, mute or suspend members, or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund in serious or repeated cases. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a license to show it inside the platform. If you share a win, homework or a testimonial, you allow us to feature it (with your first name or username) in our materials.

11. Text messages (SMS) and email

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive texts, Automate Channels will send you event reminders, access links and occasional marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help, or email contact@automatechannels.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We email you receipts, login links, event access and account notices. With your consent we also send marketing emails; every one has an unsubscribe link.

12. Earnings disclaimer: results are not guaranteed

Results shown are not typical. Your results will vary based on many factors including but not limited to your background, experience, and work ethic. All business entails risk as well as massive and consistent effort and action. Earnings and income representations made by Caleb Boxx and Automate Channels are aspirational statements of earning potential. There is no guarantee that you will make any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Caleb Boxx & Automate Channels are NOT affiliated or partnered with YouTube (or Google) the company.

Testimonials and examples are real experiences of specific students and clients, but they are not typical and are not a promise of what you will earn. We make no guarantee that you will earn any money. Nothing we provide is financial, legal or tax advice. Platforms such as YouTube may change their policies, algorithms or monetization rules at any time, which can affect your results.

13. Third-party platforms and tools

We are not part of, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube, Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Anthropic (Claude). YOUTUBE is a trademark of Google LLC. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for following each platform's terms, community guidelines and copyright rules.

We recommend and use third-party tools, such as VidEdge for video creation and ChatGPT or Claude for Caleb AI. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and pricing. We may earn a commission or have an ownership interest in some products we recommend.

Our channel-tracking features use YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for what we access and how to revoke it.

14. Intellectual property

All course videos, replays, templates, databases, workbooks, Caleb AI content and other materials are owned by Automate Channels or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publish or upload them elsewhere (including to another AI tool or course platform) without our written permission.

15. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automate Channels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the Services, or file a chargeback without contacting us first. You can stop using the Services at any time and cancel subscriptions in Settings. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers and limits of liability) survive termination.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and for material changes we will give notice on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms, together with any signed client agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
